When shooting out coating you want it out while still hot so working more then 12 hours was common, many times during an outage you would work till relieved so pretty easy to go over. When you are the supervisor your salaried so they didn't care if you worked more like 13 hours a day.

This is one of the reasons I can load for the 8 bore as cases seem limitless.
