I'm glad to see this decision and if I read it correctly, it does not affect what agencies have done in the past, it only opens the door to challenge their policies and interpretation of the law. This means the SBR rules, rifle/pistol conversions, etc. could be overturned IF someone brings a lawsuit. This is a good thing but will be a long road. I wonder if this court will take on the issue of "Shall issue" vs "May issue" (never issue) CC states?
