Found a .22 rifle

Post by Gene L »

It was under my bed, put there by my daughter two years ago when I was in the hospital. Nothing spectacular, a Meriden pump. Got a great bore with an awful trigger. I found it looking for something else, so I was especially happy.

That’s awesome! I LOVE finding guns I’d forgotten about! But think it’s a sign of good luck 👍

Almost like getting a new gun. Working on that trigger sounds like a way to stay busy this winter

.22 and some trigger time sounds like a plan

I have a Remington 550-1. My first rifle, bought new around 1965 with tip money for $39. Terrible trigger but it shoots very accurate.

I've got my first .22 rifle that I bought with my own money, a Winchester 250, cheap lever action. I bought it in 1964. It's accurate enough, not a bench gun at all.
