Lost my little friend the other day.

Post by Diver43 »

Some of you may remember Bella from the SE Shoots in Tennessee. At a few months shy of 17, she passed across the rainbow bridge. It is amazing how empty the house feels without her.

I'm really sorry to hear that. It's always a gut punch when a family member goes. You and the family have my condolences.

Wow, 17 is awesome, you were a good dog dad.

That's a good run for a small doggy. I still miss all of my pets.

We haven't gotten another doggo since our bulldog. We both work and he would be alone 10 hours a day. When I retire, my wife will definitely be getting one.

Well, that just stinks.

One of our dogs is 15, going on 16. She's a small dog, but has gotten old recently. Not looking forward to when she goes. Luckily, we have another dog.

Losing one does make the house empty. Sorry for your loss.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Some people say "it's just a dog" but she was our little buddy for a long time.

Yeah no.
Those people suck. Pets are more family than a lot of family

Agreed. I even like stray pitbulls more than I like some people.

Sorry for your loss. I fear that day coming with our dog.

My heart felt condolences, been on that road and it sucks. Our pets are family, they tease us, comfort us and accept us unconditionally.

Sorry for your loss. Deb told me about it earlier when she saw it on Facebook. Bella was definitely a little sweetheart.
