The purpose of a vehicle born IED is catastrophic damage through explosion and subsequent shrapnel. You are not going to achieve either of those with a Tesla truck.
You’re gonna pick a car with a lot of sheet metal and aluminum and packet with real explosives.
A Tesla truck creates a really hot fire, that’s really bright, and really contained.
Now, if you wanna look at the political impact of the chosen brand name of the vehicle, you have to include that this attack happened after the Elon/MAGA schism. So I would say that the chosen vehicle is kind of no null or possibly just another false indicator in the story.

In regards to Sarah and her tangent and her ums - you might be surprised at how many people in the intelligence community do that. Especially the really great analyst. Their mind is linear, but almost in an algorithmic function different from ours. Like a face value you can’t see the reason why the tangent occurred and the circle back, but if you did the math, you would see it buried in there.
A lot of of the ums occur because unless you’re speaking from a pre-written guide, a lot of times you have to think about the information you’re gonna say, and the place where you got that information from so that you’re not leaking a level of classified information.
I fully admit that I do this in my classroom often, especially with certain topics and the fact that the department of state sends foreign nationals to our leadership schools.

The department of state hasn’t caught onto the fact that military cooperation and leveraging US schools is no longer a big deal to the world. We’ve now moved on to other things like security through economics and trading partners. so the department of state will think they’re doing a great job with Uganda, and cut a deal to send X amount of Uganda military people to our officer and NCO schools, and within weeks of graduating the US military school China will fly those same people to China for debrief and attendance and their schools. In many nations, we are literally training Chinese proxy forces. Where China will tell them to accept our military aid and will leverage debt economics against them for whatever they want out of that nation.

I’m ALL about a good conspiracy. But, I have to be convinced of the motive.


As to ummmm, basically, it doesn’t change the fact she hopped all over everywhere without giving an answer. It’s common with politicians or people selling a product.

(Side note, a former employer had a management course where you gave a speech and got critiqued. One of the items was picking out words you ummm, basically, used repeatedly.)

I watched a video from another angle and you see the occupant turn his head and just after that there is a fireball inside the cab just before the explosion. Did not see ,in my opinion, anything that said he had shot himself in the head.
