I’ve been dicking around with a side business that has had decent success during trial and it’s right up my wheel house. 2026 I’m bumping up the scale and making it a real business.
I’m also going to step up my exercising. At my age you go from self improvement to fighting death
I’ve got many. Many that will just get put off. Cause that’s what I do. Which I suppose that’s part of the resolution I’ve made a month or so ago. I am what I am, fudge it. Ain’t changing it.
That attitude will slowly change now that the **** festive season is over, and late winter early spring comes around. It’ll be get more positive, with a glimmer of hope towards late summer. Then once my mind is right to do these great things, I’ll be overwhelmed with the sheer number of poop I want/need to do. That then trends down, leading up to the crash in mid October early November, where the cycle will start again.
It’s been that way for at least 10 years, so no reason to think otherwise.

I'll either keep it or someone else will have to let you know. Probably the warchimp, since I have him on the list of people to notify
edited to add: I managed to keep all 3 of my 2025 resolutions:
1) Live to see 1st great grandchild
2) Make it to my 60th B'day
3) Make it to 2026

Continue to try being better about how I respond to negative stimuli, like idiots on the road or stupid people I encounter.
And maybe pick up a Sig P211…
That’s a good one! I haven’t shot any of the horrendous third world drivers in this town yet. I’ll probably make it through ‘26 now that the population is dwindling.
You know a 50 pound rock at 5000 feet while a pain in the ass it’s not “oh this might kill me.” Same rock at 10500 feet is a ”oh this rock may kill me!”
