Last one of 2025!

Found this one on New Years Eve. 1903 Winchester. A bit of an oddball in .22 Winchester automatic. Made in 1929. Already found ammo, will go shooting tomorrow weather permitting! May have passed on this one but it has the original Lyman tang sight, worth almost as much as what I paid for the rifle!
Ammo looks like a .22 long, but the case and rim are slightly bigger!

Mine is the newer version 22 hi speed
Do have your ammo here too.
Looks like we're hunting the same stuff.

I was surprised how accurate the guns are.
Guess they are known for that.....surprise.found out the fun way.
