Some pretty leather…
As I mentioned, once you figure out seller psychology you can get some amazing deals on eBay…. As long as you’re patient and know what you’re buying and what a good price is. Scored this hand carved EPS rig for 5.5” guns for way less than half of what it would cost me new, actually you could say I got a great deal on the holster and the guy threw in the belt.
It’s used but has just the right amount of character. I already have a matching holster for my 7” Schofield and 7.5” SAAs. Now I need a 4.5” holster to complete the set. I also found one of my vintage San Pedro Saddlery of Tombstone, AZ holster for the old Vaquero 7.5. This holster is the same vintage as the gun and again I have the belt(s) and other holsters to match. Lord I love unpacking stuff!

I might have something that fits those lofty parameters…
Re: Some pretty leather…
Well I am really lusting after the EPS Austin but it's not in the budget right now. So to answer the question, anything not black that's a good deal and decent quality. I've seen a few unlined Hunter brand and similar for cheap but that's just not what I think the 325 deserves. I have a Diamond D chest rig it fits in so If I haven't found anything by Snowy season I can still take it for a walk in the woods.Wambli Ska wrote: ↑Sat Jan 17, 2026 2:16 amAhhhhhhhhhh, ok. The tan holster in the center of your ensemble, is that vintage or a current maker? Simple and elegant at the same time.JunkCollector wrote: ↑Fri Jan 16, 2026 10:15 pmNice buddy

Re: Some pretty leather…
I just checked.
It's from Montana holster.
It's K frame if it was N I'd have probably shipped it to a friend.
Very well made and lined.

Thank you for checking. I found a website so it appears to be current production.

Makes me wanna find a Tandy leather kit!
I could also make a new sheath for my ancient sharp finger
Its worn out and has deer guts on it
