Another new Bullpup
Another new Bullpup
I wonder when Ruger will jump on the bandwagon. I found this one very interesting but there is not a lot of info on it. I really like mine and will be working on a better trigger soon. That has been the only drawback I found in the package. This will have an adjustable trigger.

Be interesting to see if it makes it past the prototype stage

Missouri company. I’ve chatted with the guy on Instagram. He makes some pretty neat products from machining to 3d printing. But commercial grade 3d printing from nylon and now metal.

It might improve once he gets past the prototype/setup phase, but I'm thinking most of that "ouch" is coming from the need to CONSTANTLY hold some pretty tight tolerances if it's going to be a plug & play system that's headspacing correctly across multiple options for barrel and bolt swaps.

Re: Another new Bullpup
It’s not even remotely hard to do. It just costs money. EVERY modern gunmaker could do it. It’s just not as profitable.Bigslug wrote: ↑Sat Mar 07, 2026 6:17 pmIt might improve once he gets past the prototype/setup phase, but I'm thinking most of that "ouch" is coming from the need to CONSTANTLY hold some pretty tight tolerances if it's going to be a plug & play system that's headspacing correctly across multiple options for barrel and bolt swaps.
+\- .005? Easy peasy, all day long. Design the slop into the design. Or if you can’t make it right, make it adjustable. (Barrel nuts)
+\- .001? Not as much, when your goal is mass production. Not because it’s hard, but because it takes time. And could end up with an higher scrapped parts. But for 98% of the buying public, it’s not required.

Re: Another new Bullpup
Man too bad HvyMax wasn’t around, he could tell us all how that was his idea first. I bet he would even have the prototype mocked up using a Remington 742 for an action….
Re: Another new Bullpup
Yea and he could shoot it accurately 4000 yards standing even if it was in a lesser man's cartridge like the .223.
Re: Another new Bullpup
I miss HeavyMax.
A lot more entertaining than you Knuckleheads.
