Most recent acquisition

Post by Jayhawker »

Of late I have been cleaning out the safe and getting my much loved firearms out to people I know will appreciate them...most recently, I found a home for my Ruger Vaqueros and in trade brought home this Springfield M1A National Match...it's in an Archangel stock and topped with a Millet 4-16x50. Range report to follow

That looks to be quite a change of pace for you ?
Planning comps with it ?
Looks like a very good platform
I was hoping to see a highwall or lowwall

I have always had a thing for "far shooting" rifles..I built up a couple of bolt guns some years ago that became known as the "Savage Sisters"...Anyway, an M1A has always been one of my grail guns and now was as good a time as any to take care of that when the opportunity came along...

That’s kinda nice!

I remember the Savage sisters
Think Zee had a thing for one.

Looking forward to your reports on it.
