Needed 16 points going to Camp Perry and needed 16 points coming home from Camp Perry.
Shot the 800 agg. 3 back to back 80 round matches. The did it on E targets and normally that is a good thing, but it was brutally slow.
Dont have a pic of day 1 but it was a close cousin to this day 2. Not bad, not up to par.

Day 3 started out awesome. First 10 on my hind feet was a 98 with the only one out a called 8. Felt awesome, everything was working
Then I launched a 8 round one in my second string and Bob Rossed the target. Oh look an 8. Hes a happy little 8, lets give him some friends... F U Bob. Went from a 9 ring wobble to doing drivebys on the X.

Presidents 100. Never shot that match before, but I will. Its a fun fast match on pulled targets. I didnt make the 100. I was 161 out of over 800. I have shot better but I wasnt displeased with the score.

I didnt do well in the NTI (national trophy individual) (no pic) Did OK for me standing, but lost way to many points in the rapids. I was hammering 600. Made a great wind call and the first shot on was a X. Mad good changes and I was x and 10 through shot 15 which I got caught in a boil (wind stops and the heat waves look like a boil in the spotting scope) and chucked an 8. Cussed, recovered, came off the spotting scope locked in and shot a 10, on the target to the right. Sent 10s and a 9 in the last few. I think I shot a 456 or 8. Below avg and no where near enough to get points.
My rapids were loose, every time. I thought I was in 300 rapid in the NTI and the target came up and it looked like a shotgun. Came home, dropped into sitting and shot a rapid string where the group was 5 in wide and 2 in high. So it was something I was doing wrong all week at Perry
