Used to be salt water fishing and boating but boat and gear are gone. Not much use for it here.

Knives, all kinds but I like local makers.

Hats, not an extensive collection but I like variety and find it tough to pass a good deal on a good hat.

Boots, I like good boots so I have a small collection of those. Again, just like variety.

Gun leather, I’m a sucker for western gear and I have a nice collection of belts and holsters for my six shooters.

As a foreman you are somewhat limited on telling the shop to pound sand if you are on an overtime job. Currently I am on a 40 hour job and have worked very little OT. Most of my OT on this job has been related to city inspector testing on the system I was responsible for getting installed. A couple years ago I was on an auto plant paint shop job and with some time off I still worked 2960.5 hours for the year. The biggest part of my pension (three different pension plans that all add up in the end) is based on hours worked. Work more, get paid more in retirement. The other two pensions are based on years and not hours. I was supposed to be sent to another job as a general foreman, but that hasnt happened yet. Didnt really want that gig anyways. That would have been a lot of OT. Pay isnt all that nice once you factor in taxes. Its still better, but you pay a lot more. OT does make it easier to max out the annuity contribution for the year though.
My last job in Florida was shift supervisor/maintenance..... You can keep that crap

I work for a living. Have 3 jobs but only one pays. Therefore, I find a way to make my hobbies work related and hopefully pay for themselves. Going so far.
Guns
Shooting
Photography
Hunting
Being stupid with my body

Pays the bills so far. 😎

Kayak came today. Going to pick up a trailer I ordered tomorrow. Going to modify the trailer by extending the tongue 20''-24'' and add some quick removable bunks. Need some (lighted?) poles on the corners so I can see it with the ramp off. I was going to get a jet ski trailer then decided to get this 4'x6' so I can use it around the house with the lawn mower.
