It has been awhile since I looked at confinement building but I think 8 sq. ft. per pig. I would guess each barn would hold 2000 hd. It could be a little less they are pushing them to 300 lbs now where you used to shoot for 230. bigger pigs would need more room. If they are300lbs. each truck would haul around 160 hd.

Should be plenty in the line. Neighbor has been shipping out truckloads of pigs all week. In a week there will be a truckload of piglets coming in.....

But where will that pork end up? Maybe China?

Maybe? He has two 75'x250' barns. I thought he raised hundreds at a time. By the number of trucks that went thru I'm thinking thousands...
