I didn’t cook this. One of the neighborhood joints did.

Pork belly fried rice and spicy wontons as an appetizer.

I might just never cook again and eat this every day 😎

Friday.... Lent..... so shrimp Alfredoes and fresh baked french bread. It was very good.

It's a very complicated cook. Spatchcock the bird, season, put on for one hour around 360-375, done.

9.5# pork butt has been rubbed and is in the smoker for the next 16 hours.
Should be nice and tender for dinner tomorrow.

Not for dinner, but I have 2 lbs. 12 oz. of mixed peppers on the smoker to make a fermented hot sauce...

I like liver and onions on occasion but neither wife I have had will eat it. I have several packages from the last steer we had butchered so I decided to try it. I am not a great cook so I looked up some recipes and settled on one that you made a little gravy with it. It turned out pretty good, which is good, I have a couple of meals of it left.
