Can’t make cracker skillet biscuits in anything but my grandmothers cast iron skillet. It does extra duty on pone and searing cubed steak for chili. It keeps me on my best behavior as I surely wouldn’t want to be whacked with it. It’s at least twice my age and is too damn heavy to even think about toting it anywhere outdoors
