Thanks.
Now on to 1911 grips.
No plastic 1911 grips. Have to be cocobologna!
Not plastic. It’s carbon fiber infused Polylactic acid, also known as poly(lactic acid) or polylactide (PLA), is a thermoplastic polyester with backbone formula (C
3H
4O
2)
n or [–C(CH
3)HC(=O)O–]
n, formally obtained by condensation of lactic acid C(CH
3)(OH)HCOOH with loss of water (hence its name). It can also be prepared by ring-opening polymerization of lactide [–C(CH
3)HC(=O)O–]
2, the cyclic dimer of the basic repeating unit.
Is that from Wikipedia or the first google answer? We know you didn’t have that recipe for fancy plastic stored in your head.

Totally from memory. Probably.

What do you use to glue parts together?
Cyanoacrylate.
Fancy term for super glue.
That’s right handy.

I remember in the early days of Glock, someone asked Gaston the difference between "Space Age Polymer" and plastic?
He said the difference is how much you're selling it for!

Groups are numbered 1 2 3. The order I shot. The 3rd group is how it shoots. The first two were me figuring out how to hold the new stock, and recalling the shoe salesman instructions. It's tiny. Not much to rest on. But, she shoots. I’d like to try the Aguila ammo again, but it won’t eject. Even the CCI will hang up unless the chamber is pristine.
And that’s simply not acceptable.
