I recently purchased an MDT Oryx stock that I knew might need some "minor" fitting. Ended up being more than minor by the time I was done and the mag latch pin got bent due to a really tight fit. I reached out to MDT nicely and had some back and forth with them throughout my adventure.
They are sending me a new mag latch parts kit, which is what you would expect.
They have also offered to swap out the stock with the new, improved version that has a channel for the new Ruger American Gen 2 safety bar once they start building those in 2-3 months. Or, if I'm happy with the stock after getting the mag latch installed they will refund 30% of what I paid for my troubles.
That's damn good customer service! (and yes, I'm no CPJ when it comes to grinding on stuff so some of it can be attributed to me!)

I concur on the good service. I TOLD THEM I was building my own chassis and was wanting to BUY their mag latch. They wouldn’t sell one to me.
