The make one in 45, guy at work just got one. Not sure the mags it uses, but it’s not, nor will it ever be, Boomer, a 1911 mag.

But it would make more sense than the current setup which encourages buyers of their carbine to go out and buy a Glock 21, which unlike the Glock 17, HASN'T taken over the world. Ruger MAKES 1911's.

Most likely the buyer of a 45 car-bean doesn't care about a 1911.
