If you’re interested in a couple of Remington Custom Shop XP’s (223 Remington and 35 Remington) and full blown custom XP (7BR) with an Octagon barrel, Give me a shout. Great time in spite of the sometimes unbearably cold wind. Lots of good conversation with good folks around a campfire. Life doesn't get much better than that. As is the usual, I didn't get much in the way of pics but the others have covered it pretty well.

Not any terminal testing. A 405 through the spine is pretty definitive.
The one elk I shot with my C.Sharps 40-65 Win was a neck shot at just over 100 yards. Also a 1 shot stop Those big lead bullets just work.

Great time. Nice little hike that reminded me how out of shape I got over winter. The four wheeling was a treat. It's been a while since I personally have owned a vehicle capable of such things so Andy trashing his a little was great fun.
