Had two duck eggs over medium for lunch. Very good. A lot of yolk for dipping. One had a blood streak in it. My wife would have never eaten it. Didn't bother me.

Picked up needed ingredients: coarse cornmeal, sirloin, peppers, cumin. All else is in stock.

I made Creamed Chicken Monday for sandwiches for lunch @ work this week. Made enough that we had some over biscuits for dinner that night. Much better!

We pour a can of that over a couple of pork chops and cook them low and slow. Mmmmmm.

I made wild game gyros the other night. Not bad at all.

I’m on the road for work, and had an outstanding Chicken fried steak with smoked jalapeno gravy and pickled onions and peppers.

The potatoes in the skillet were stone cold, so that was disappointing.

Stuffed chicken butt. Still 4 hours left. We just buy stuffing at a local market and add celery.

You guys call it ceviche, over here we call it raw fish...
Fresh snapper cooked in lemon juice, red onion/spring onion/cucumber/cherry tomatoes/ red and yellow peppers, all sliced and diced. Coconut cream with crushed garlic and crushed ginger, a healthy dose of black pepper and washed down with Japanese Asahi 'super dry' beer.....
Might have to have a second helping.... :D

Probed the meat to 140°, topped with compound butter. Instant Pot mushroom risotto was spot on. Fresh French bread out of the bread maker. Delish!

Suppose I will have to verify it still works on a can of pork and beans.

Meatloaf tomorrow = meatloaf sandwiches the rest of the week
