I noticed more that they have the translation of what it is in Spanish right under it.. Gotta make sure the hungry Spanish speaking war fighters know what they’re going to eat.. :lol:

Bought a whole pork loin today and cut some chops. Smoked them and pan fished in some butter. fudge me running they are amazing.

Chinese BBQ pork Chili. Sounds crazy no? Take the leftovers from two large orders of Chinese boneless BBQ ribs from dinner two nights ago, dump them into a pot with 1/2 beer and simmer for 15 mins stirring every once in a while. Add a few shakes of cumin, and two cans of Bush Chili Beans into the pot and heat up while stirring occasionally, keep the heat low. A healthy dollop of your favorite BBQ sauce and serve yourself a bowl. Even better next day, reheated.
