There are meteorite hunters from all over the world converging on the path where it broke up. They have already found a few pieces.

I think front pin detent would be more accurate. I have launched quite a few of them.
I don't remember ever having launched the buffer retainer or spring

But did you ever take out a 48in overhead florescent light? While it was on of course. Hint: if that happens dont look up! It sounds about like a .38 out of a mid length barrel.
